The Process
Let’s arrange a call to discuss your Yearbook requirements, we will talk through your options and timelines. From there, I’ll create you a private link to your personalised school page, which you can share with your parents and carers!

Send your Parents the link
Once your school’s personalised and private page has been created, you can share the link with your parents/carers and Teachers, so they can send over all the information we need to create your Yearbook!

ENJOY YOUR YEARBOOKS!
Your school leavers Yearbooks will be delivered to you in time for you to give out to your students during the last week of your July 2025 term!
How it works …
After we have had a chat about your requirements, I will create and send you two links, one will be a private page especially for your parents and carers to access, which will give them a chance to complete an information form and a place to upload a photo for the yearbook.
The second link will be for any Teachers and school staff that would like to include any good-luck messages, a place for them to upload a photo of themselves and share any photos, should they wish.
This is not a template that you need to try and design or navigate through yourself, you simply send us the information and we will do it all for you, taking away all the time-consuming hassle and any editing difficulties!
Once your Yearbooks are ready, we will aim to have them delivered to you or your school during the last week of term in July 2025. We will work together on deadlines and I’ll need you to be my main point of contact!
These lovely Yearbooks are of a hardback design, will be branded to match your school uniform colour, it will consist of anywhere between 25 - 52 pages, depending on the size of your leavers year group, they will include messages from Teachers (if they agree) and a gallery, which parents supply. Also, There is an opportunity of raising some funds for your school, which I will discuss with you when we first speak.
