We are currently in the process of putting together a lovely yearbook for the current Year 6 children at Loose Primary School, which will include notes from the Teachers and the children. If you would like your child to be included please can you complete the form below and send us the information we need, including confirmation of your permission and also a lovely photo of your child.

Please note, the deadline to have everything to us is by 18th April 2025, You do not need to order a copy for your child to be included in the yearbook, but if you’d like to order one, they are £22.49 and we need a minimum order of 25 copies for the book to go to print!

*Please note, we will be donating £1 per book ordered, to your PTA or school fundraising department!

Orders are available for pre-order only, so if you’d like to order a copy, please make a one-off payment of £22.49 on the GoCardless Link below and remember to include the same parent / carer’s name as in the permission form above, as your reference!
